Today was a beautiful spring day in the Pacific Northwest, it looks like spring is officially here, and amongst all the mayhem, there is sunshine, long may it last.

I’m currently sitting in my office with the window open, enjoying the sunshine streaming through the shutters, and I kid you not, I’ve just witnessed a dear walk straight past my window followed by two rabbits! This type of day just fills cup and warms my soul.

What makes you feel good? What fills your cup? What feeds your soul?

My answer comprises of a few things, namely:
. Fun with my family
. Friends
. Good food
. A great workout
. Good music
. Being mindful

Is it true to say we often think about what doesn’t make us feel good, fill our cup or feed our soul, especially in times of stress?

I didn’t want to be at my desk today, the sun is out, and quite frankly, I would rather be walking my dog or sitting outside with a book and a cup of tea or glass of rose. So today, I have done something different, instead of spending time at my desk writing a long email to you, I created three of my favorite feel good things, just for you! Yes, seriously, just for you!

A Great Workout

Here is *new brand* new outdoor workout I recorded this morning and it’s all yours, it isn’t available anywhere else and, it’s perfect for any time of day. Take your phone with you the next time you are out for a walk or run, play the whole workout in one 25 minute block or press pause , do your cardio or move to the next bench/area. It is bound to make you feel good and can take as little or as long as you like!
