l hello!
I think it’s safe to say February got off to a stormy start, don’t you?

With the snow of the last 9 days, I have often thought about the Shakespeare phrase ‘Now is the winter of our discontent’. Shakespeare expresses the idea that one has reached the depth of unhappiness but better times lie ahead; I truly hope this is the case with the weather here!

Winter can be disconcerting in many ways which is why I place enormous importance on spending time with people who fill my cup rather than drain it. If you find your cup is being drained rather than continually refilled by those around you perhaps take a moment to identify who/when/why and seek to make changes. Life is too short to walk round with an empty cup. Seriously.

Imagine, right this moment, that you are living the life of your dreams. Ask yourself the question: “If I could be anywhere, doing anything, where would I be, who would I be with, and what would I be doing?” I’m not talking about where are you now, but where you would be in your dreams………………..close your eyes and visualize

The next step is to put your thoughts into words and build this into a mini plan.

Put as much detail into the plan as possible.

How will you get there?

What steps do you need to take in order for that to happen?

What people, feelings, emotions, thoughts need to take place?

Write, think, write, think and keep going until your unconscious mind believes you are already living this life and you start to live it – unconsciously.
