I have created you a fabulous, fun Spotify Playlist and Workout all in one which is so incredibly easy to follow, it is basically one move per song (scroll down to see it). If you go out with a friend on a social distance walk/run simply press play at the same time and away you go!

This little beauty of a workout can be done at home or when out for a walk/run, the only exercises you need weights for are bicep curls and jack overhead press, which you could do with your mini band en-route or when you arrive home.

I have chosen each song for the beat and matched the exercise move to the beat so try to match it to keep you on track.

There is a short cardio session at the beginning and end, of course do as much or as little as you like.
