These longer workouts are perfect for when you have the time to spend on you. 40-60 minutes is my workout sweet spot, long enough that I know they are going to be challenging, but short enough that I can apply my ‘I can do anything for this amount of time’ mindset. Give it a try!

My workouts are suitable for most levels of fitness, unless specified, they have an element of cardio to give you a total strength/cardio experience. I provide options to increase difficulty and modifications for a low impact throughout to ensure your workout is suitable for the body you woke up with today.
