I love each of these workouts for different reasons so when I choose a workout I ask myself how much energy I have that day and which body parts would I like to work on specifically, and sometimes I chose a workout for the format, for example: is it low impact, Tabata style, does it have repeats is there a lot of floor work. In all honesty, any workout is good for you, so let’s do this, shall we?

My workouts are suitable for most levels of fitness, unless specified, they have an element of cardio to give you a total strength/cardio experience. I provide options to increase difficulty and modifications for a low impact throughout to ensure your workout is suitable for the body you woke up with today.
